Points for Provision of "Sun Pipes" Under innovation

I am working on a factory project at Jakarta, Indonesia. They are using Sun Pipes to illuminate the work spaces in the office area(at level 2). The sunlight is captured from the roof and duct-ed to work spaces for the use of day light. Provision of Photo sensors have also been designed to make sure that the artificial lighting is switched on when there is no enough lux level that is required for work. Could i score 1 point under innovation for the provision "Sun Pipes"?

Unfortunately, this is not likely to earn an innovation point since daylighting strategies can contribute to EAc1, Optimize Energy Performance. These savings should be shown in the energy model.
