We have registered our Canadian project for the Legal wood Pilot ACP. My question is does this count as a 1 point Innovation pilot credit as well as helping to possibly achieve the MR Sourcing of Raw materials credit. Or do I have to register for an additional pilot credit to get full Innovation points

Hi Keith,
We have a similar question.
Our wood is 100% from FSC certified COC sources (including invoices we requested from vondors AND manufacturer), but we can't meet the 20% requirements on total materials cost for "BPDO sourcing of raw materials" credit.
Are we still able to achieve one Innovation credit for matching the Pilot Credit requirements, or is this only an ACP to help meeting the BPDO credit (as it seems to be from credit language)?
Thank you all for reading and (hopefully) solving this issue.

I can't say so for sure, but based on this FAQ:
https://www.usgbc.org/help/what-difference-between-pilot-credit-and-pilo...
and the credit description ("This pilot alternative compliance path can be used in place of the following credits...") WITHOUT the additional statement like "...projects may use this pilot credit for 1 innovation point" that shows up in some of the other Pilot Credits, it looks likes it would only count towards the MR credit and NOT as an innovation pilot credit.
