I have a project which uses stone plaster on it's walls. This is a wet applied product, but the LEED credit library states that "The wall panels product category includes all finish wall treatments (wall coverings, wall paneling, wall tile), surface wall structures such as gypsum or plaster..."
Would this plaster be counted as a wall panel rather than in one of the wet applied product categories?

SCAQMD Rule 1113 does not have a category for plaster and the Credit language for Wall panel states "...category includes all finish wall treatments...surface wall structures such as gypsum or plaster..."

There is not a category for factories, and they are not necessarily warehouse or distribution centers. So I would go with the New Construction requirements, as they apply to only the regularly occupied areas.
