Pilot Credit SSpc129: Composting Offsite

Hi Leed Users, 

We are working on a project with offsite composting planning as well as receptacles for organic waste, however, we have the following questions: 

Are there any guidelines or standards that could be used for types of organic waste that should be separate for composting either onsite or offsite?


Also is there a methodology to determine a projection of organic waste generation for a commercial project?
