For LEED v4 Core & Shell 14 story office building in USA with underground garage we are attempting this credit - monitoring the garage traffic and at the elevator turnstiles. The requirement is to commit to share daily data for 3 years. There is no information on how the data sharing done? also at what frequency? Is it the same way that the energy and water whole building data is shared or what? anybody have any experience or idea - I can't seem to find any information on it. Thanks for any input.

I had a core/shell project that sounds exactly the same earn this in mid-2020. We had the owner provide a signed letter of commitment that just matched the language of the requirement, and identified the project in question.
That was it for that requirement. So, it is similar to the energy/water meter data sharing in that regard, though LEED does now provide a template for those prereq's, in those items' Resources area in the Credit Library.
