We have an MF Midrise project located in Boston, with all-electric VRF systems as a result of advocacy by the City of Boston to electrify buildings. With low natural gas cost per Btu relative to electricity, we're penalized on the MEAc1 credit and prerequisite. We have a building that's designed to be much better than code on energy consumption - would this be a valid project to use EApc95?
