Didn't see an existing thread for this one, so I'll start one here. I am including this on a couple different projects and getting ready to submit one for review now. This has been a "not quite..." on some of my projects but an easy innovation point for others that were originally designed to ASHRAE 2016 and/or designed with infection control in mind. Nice to be rewarded for meeting a higher standard when the IEQ prereq is a few versions behind and doesn't address filtration.
It seems that the documentation prepared for the IEQ prereq + Commissioning prereq/credit should be enough to show compliance here (unless you also need to do the 1C calculation) but I'll report back post-review if it's not.

Hi Emily,
For projects that include MERV 13 filters this has been my 'go to' pilot credit.
I have found vent rates of ASHRAE 62.1-2016 to be identical to ASHRAE 62.1-2010.
Providing a description of the vent strategies is usually already included in our narrative provided within the PI form.
A building occupancy schedule and equipment runtime schedule should be readily available OR easy to compile. This meets the requirements of the 'Facility Requirements' document.
Finally add a paragraph to the executive summary of the Cx report to describe purspose of this credit as it relates to IAQ and occupant health.
Good Luck!

OM Plan = Operations & Maintenance Plan.
These requirements are provided by the equipment supplier within their Installation, Operarations & Maintenance Manual.
Here a link to an example: Packaged Rooftop Air Conditioners Foundation™ (tranetechnologies.com)
Page #26 of this document listed the Maintenance requirements. This can provided in any format, as long as the info remains the same as listed within the document.
Hope this helps!
