Hi Stella,
In fact this credit is no longer available for new projects under LEED BD+C. I reach to apply for this credit in projects registered in 2013 and some in early 2014. Then it was no longer possible, so try another pilot credit available from the updated pilot credit library that you can find here: http://www.usgbc.org/pilotcredits
