There was a discrepancy for the total number of occupants in IEQp1 in the intial design submission which was corrected for the design final submission. (We double checked that the numbers are correct now.)
We have received the design final review comments for PIF3, see below. In spite of the review comments indicating that the documentation indicates compliance, the form has been marked "Not Approved". Do we accept the review as is or is there anything that should be done before the review is accepted? (For reference, IEQp1 is Anticipated and the review comment says "The additional documentation demonstrates compliance.")
Final Review Comment:
The discrepancy between the occupancy listed in IEQp1: Minimum Indoor Air Quality Performance and this form is addressed in IEQp1: Minimum Indoor Air Quality Performance.
The documentation demonstrates compliance.

I would recommend you go directly to your GBCI review team with this question. We have had similar instances where a review comment doesn't align with the credit status on past projects and have found it is better to work with them to fix it before accepting the final review. If you do not have a direct email contact on your GBCI review team you can go to https://gbci.org/contact and click on Certification Question to submit your project specific issue.
