Our project is located in LZ2 light zone. Bollard light fixtures are used for landscape and walkway lighting. Since the project is adjacent to public walkways the lighting boundary is extended 5' from the project boundary (property line). There is a 3' high perimeter wall at the project boundary. Can we include the shading effect of this wall in the photometric calculations? Since the fixtures remain below the perimeter wall, the effect of the wall on the results becomes significant.

Zeynep,
My opinion is an absolutly yes. If you are using the calculation method to show trespass compliance and the wall is in your computer model, the results will be accurate as to the built condition. If you are using the BUG method, then you could just provide an explanation of these special conditions with a wall at the property line that is taller than the bollards.
