Our client is considering to apply photocatalytic paint (TiO2) on the project carpark wall and ceiling to reduce the NOx level and air pollutant. As stated by the supplier, photocatalytic paint (TiO2) can reduce the level of NOx in the carpark thus improve the air quality inside the carpark. In your opinion, do you think this could be classified as a LEED Innovation? Thanks for your help in advance! Thanks for your help.
