Our client is considering to apply photocatalytic paint (TiO2) on the project carpark wall and ceiling to reduce the NOx level and air pollutant. As stated by the supplier, photocatalytic paint (TiO2) can reduce the level of NOx in the carpark thus improve the air quality inside the carpark.
In your opinion, do you think this could be classified as a LEED Innovation?

I don't think so, because it is not a very comprehensive strategy, and it is focused on a single product, which is usually a sign that it is not broad enough.
