I have a situation where an owner is planning phased construction. It is possible, but not definite that both phases will be complete at the time of LEED certification. If Phase 2 is 40% or less of the entire size, Phase 2 is connected to Phase One, and all of the information for both Phases are included in the documentation, would this be compliant with MPR2? Can we submit as one project or would the phases need separate certification?
