Hi. We’re working on a LEED EBOM 4.1 project, and I’m trying to understand whether the performance period rules are different for LEED 4.1 than for 4.0. We took a first pass through the credits, and the time periods that we gathered for the different credits were as follows:
- Once / year
- Monthly for one year
- One Month
- One time
- Annual audit
- Measurements taken within 5 years of project submission
So, I gather that the durations in this blog—the 3 to 24 month performance period and the 30-day overlap for the ending of performance periods—are just for EBOM 4.0 (i.e., they don’t apply to EBOM 4.1). Is that correct?
