The LEED Re-certification Guidance document recommends submission of purchases of the most recent 25% of performance period. Are we allowed to include data prior to that period as well?

Hi Pablo, teams must provide purchasing data for the most recent 25% of the recertification performance period (so it's more than a recommendation, it's a requirement). But yes, you're allowed to go back further in time at your discretion.
