EBOM-2009 EAc3.2:Performance Measurement—System-Level Metering

Performance period duration

The LEED Online form requests that “monthly and annual summaries of the metered energy usage for each of the subsystems”. Does this mean that a performance period of 12 months is mandatory as a minimum? Could it be 3 months only similar to all other credits (apart from EAp2)?

Hi Charalampos, Based on the "Calculations" section of this credit in the Reference Guide, it seems like the percentage of system coverage is calculated based on the annual energy consumption, so you would need at least a year of data to verify the credit threshold.
