What kind of construction or renovation activities count as a facility alteration/addition? We had the flooring removed and replaced, does that count?

Performance period and construction

Our project is in the process of building an addition. The performance period is not yet started. Will this credit not work because the construction will be completed and become occupied all before the perfomance periods would start?

Hi Kasandra, the performance period for any credit or prerequisite can be up to 2 years long. Just remember that all performance periods in the application must end in the same 30-day window. In this case perhaps you can extend the performance period back for this credit to capture this addition.

OK So I can extend the PP for just this credit back so it could be included.
