If we go with the Equation 1 our percentage comes up to be huge (more than 100%) because the difference on space cooling is high (again for both in and out of leed boundary areas) and the difference of project area and total segment area is also high. If we use equation 2 on the other hand is a more reasonable percentage 33%, however alternate baseline case was not model.
