The project is in Trinidad, Caribbean. There is a plan to construct a kindergarden school in a community which has been in existence for over 60 years. There are no pedestrian walkways at the side of the street and there is no possibility of creating walkways along the street access in the community.
Can this school aim for LEED due to this situation or will this issue be a non conformance to any MPR.

Devanand, what MPR are you concerned about not meeting the requirements for? I'm having trouble thinking of one where this is an issue, as long as the project is in conformance with relevance local laws and codes.
