Peak Chiller Load to be considered for base case model

Hi All,

I want to get a clarity on what shall I consider as my total building cooling tonnage while doing the base case energy model using eQuest. The eQuest generated LS-C report which gives the building peak cooling load excluding the outside air ventilation load.

Now, in a recent project to check the impact of this outside air ventilation load I removed the entire fresh air supplied to the spaces. After doing this my HVAC summary was giving a total cooling load of around 2800 TR whereas the LS-C report was showing that the building peak cooling load was 5168 kW or 1476 TR only. This huge difference in the net cooling load generated from both these reports is what is generating this confusion on what to follow with a logical reasoning.

Therefore, I request your confirmation and explaination on which report to follow LS-C report or the HVAC summary generated in the air side summary tab of the software.
