NC-2009 IEQp1:Minimum IAQ Performance

PAUs not serve the occupied areas

A data center is applying for LEED-NC v2009. There are 5 PAUs (Primary Air Unit). 4 of them will serve the equipment rooms. One will serve the equipement rooms and office areas. Now, I am doing the calculation of mechanical ventilation. Should I only calculate the office areas (staffs work in these rooms), or should I do the calculation cover all the 5 PAUs?

if the equipment rooms can be defined as "inactive storage" than only the office areas need ventilation calcs.
