Dear All,

The innovation strategy 1 under Innovation: Parksmart Measures looks a good fit for our project, and I think generally for many projects.

However from the wording of the credit I'm not 100% sure of two things.

It says achieve "Full requirements of Parksmart Measure B11: Bicycle Parking, both Tier 1 and Tier 2 criteria"

You have to fulfill all the Tier 1 criteria anyway, but for Tier 2 the document says  "parking structure must provide at least 3 of the following bicycle parking features:" and list 8 features.

I hope the "full requirements" in the LEED wording doesn't mean you have to achieve all the 8 Tier 2 features?

The other question mark for me is the MEASURE 4 Tire Inflation Stations.

As the previous measure was about bicycles I automatically thought this tire inflation station is pertaining to bicyclists only.

But the measure language is about automobile tires. Is the intention of the credit is for bicyclists regarding the tire inflation station, or it should be placed where vehicle users can use it too?
