Hospitality-NC-v4.1 LTc7:Reduced Parking Footprint

parking spaces shared with adjacent multi-use complex

We have a LEED NC_Hospitality project that has 15 off-site parking spaces SHARED with an adjacent multi-use complex.  Do all requirements apply to these shared spaces?  thank you!
