Hello! Does anyone know whether we need to use GSF or NSF when calculating LEED base ratio requirements?

Hi Angi! I have always used GSF in these calcs, so it matches the GSF listed within the Details tab of LO. Never got pushback from GBCI on this. Good Luck!
