Why are the CI designated parking requirements in Cases 1 and & 2 Option 1 determined by a Full Time Equivalent of tenant space/building while for New Construction the requirements are simply a percentage of parking provided?

If a CI project occupies a building that has existing parking, but no designated parking to the tenant, can it pursue “no parking will be provided"?

my Project is in Shanghai China.I am preparing PI Form form my project. Now I have a question about parking area. our office located in a high rise building,we only rent one floor of this building. from the contract, there is no parking space for our office.So For PI Form 2, the parking area means "0" about our office, is that correct?? all the parking space of this high rise building is underground. can we earn SS credit 1,Path 4, heat island-nonroof.

SS1 Path 4 is for building selection. While this credit is for your space specifically. So you should not have any issues.
