My project has a balcony that projects away from the building, and does not provide a roof to an enclosed space for the building. How should the balcony be treated for this credit?

Painting over the cement tile

Dear All, 

In our project, we would like to appy coating with high SRI value over the cement tile on roofing. The manufacturer for Painting products has all necessary documents for SRI value.

Is this considered an approved roofing measures for heat island reduction credit?

I answered this in your other post, too, but we should have it in both in case people look up these in a search later. Yes, this is an approved method for improving the reflectivity.
