Hi all,
we are working on a shell&core project that, once completed, will be a single tenant occupied buiding. The Owner would like to ask the tenant to manage and sign the eletricity supply contract, including green power, therefore I would have a contract signed by the tenant, instead of the Owner. Could it be an issue or not?

Ciao Fabio!
If they do so based on the electric use of the whole building it should not be a problem.

I don't think that who has to buy the green power is written anywhere. I have heard of projects where the contractor purchased the green power on behalf of the owner. If the reviewer gives you a hard time then have the tenant "donate" the green power purchase component of the contract back to the owner.
