Is it optional to upload all of the compliance forms if you initial the box and qualify for EAc1.3? What if EAc1.3 is not achieved but you have done the model and have some savings shown? Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure exactly which forms you're referring to here Andrew. However, if you wish to attempt EAc1.3, you need to provide all the required documentation for your chosen compliance path.
If you can be more specific about which forms, I should be able to provide more information.

I was talking about the ASHRAE forms that are listed as optional. I read them and it turns out if you have a full energy model and get points for credit 1.3 then you don't have to complete the forms as part of the prerequisite. Thanks though.

Got it, and that's correct, I believe the forms are for the prescriptive approach and if you're creating an energy model, the information should all be present in what you submit for it.
