I'm exploring this as a 3rd option for the Interiors Life-cycles credit but I have not found a example in these forums of this option being included in a successful submission. Can anyone share their experience successfully submitting plug and play lighting controls?
What makes a control plug and play? (I understand that the control must not require rewiring in order to change its functionality)
Were networked lighting controls required?
Were all the fixtures required to be dimmable?
If the controls approved for the Interior Lighting category are "plug and play", is that sufficient enough to achieve this additional point in Designing for Flexibility?
