Option 2: Inputting Direct and Diffuse Horizontal Irradiance in IES

I'm working in IES to evaluate the daylight LEED credit option 2 for a project, and one of the requirements is to input direct and diffuse horizontal irradiance. Does anyone know how this can be done in IES?
