Is Option 2 AND Option 3 possible?

Dear LEED Experts, 

In v4.1 is possible to combine "Option 2 AND Option 3" together or is just limited to "Option 1 AND/OR Option 2     OR    Option 3" ? 

FYI: I woud like to use Option 2 with another opstion to achieve the maximum number of points.
