Option 2-Air Testing - Building with Phased Completion

We r building 424 residential units - 46 storeys high tower. There may be phased completion; likely Phase 1 completion up to storey 22 and Phase 2 completion for the remaining storeys. How does this phased completion impact IAQ testing and cerification?

LEED certificatiuon can't be awarded until substantial completion of the scope under LEED-NC. As far as testing, I think you could make a case for testing each unit as it is completed, but I would check your approach with GBCI.
