We r building a residential tower that has 424 residential units, a swimming pool, a lobby and commercial retail units (CRU). The CRU will be part of the Tenant Lease Agreementand that's pretty straight forward.
The lobby area will be part of the 424 residential units calculation. This is assumed per Cir 892.
The confusion is the swimming pool. Is this area required for testing?

Yes, as an occupiable space I would include the pool in testing.
