Hi, I have several compact rooftop units serving a big sales area. However, only 80% of them is actually new equipment that meet the credit's criteria. If the project reuses old equipment, is it exempted of meeting all the criteria? Thank you in advance!

You are only required to include equipment that is part of the project's scope of work. So if the old units are remaining in place they would only be required to meet any applicable criteria. This assumes you meet the minimum criteria listed in the the Bird's Eye View above.
