Regarding the MERV-8 filter section of this credit, which is for a C&S project, no tenant occupancy dates have been established. Should I just wait til we get the first tenant occupancy date, or is there a way to get an official building occupancy date through other means even though we still have no tenants and the project is looking to close soon?
