Would metal framed interior walls need to be excluded from the calculations for this pilot credit?

Assuming those interior walls are non-structural, I believe they would be INCLUDED in the calculations. The framing, drywall, etc would be included potentially under recycled content, local materials and closed-loop recycling program.
