Our Project is a NC, part of a university campus. The campus is supplying the project with the pipeline for irrigation. all the water supplied by the campus is Non-potable / reused water. My question is the following: Does this project comply with the 100% non potable water use? Seeing that the non-potable water source is neither On-site nor provided by a public agency, but by the university campus.

Mario, it sounds like the university is essentially the public agency in this case. I would say it complies.
