We currently have metering in place for one water subsystem. We want to install metering for a second subsystem so we can earn this credit. Can we do this during the performance period?

We cannot get weekly meter data from the utility. Does this mean we cannot achieve this credit because the water is tracked monthly instead of weekly?

EBOM-v4 WEc4:Water metering

No separate meter for water performance

Our Office located in a group building of manufacturing was having one main meter that measures the total potable water. 

So, we don't have the permanent water meter for the Office. Thus, it is eligible if we would like to apply for LEED EBOM?

If we install the water meter for Office and start to record the data of consumption from now. For example, the data within 6 months since the meter will be installed, could we can submit for review? or must have one full year? Please advise on this matter.
