THE BMS in our project is programmed with a night-setback function to reduce the temperature at NO operation (night) in winter for energy saving purpose.
As the temperature setpoints have to be modelled the same in the Proposed and Baseline my question is, if a night-setback function via BMS has also to be modelled in the Baseline Case. Or does it qualify for additional energy savings and is just to be modelled in the Proposed Case?

The temperature settings must be identical in both models for each hour of the year. See Table G3.1.1#4. Temperature set back is not eligible for additional energy savings.
