Usually we have fulfilled this credit by using pyschometric charts provided by Climate Consultant software. I documented temperature and humidity ratios together with metabolic rates. This time we have the following comment from the review. I couldn't figure out how to respond this. Do you have any experience on it?

"Independent research indicates that the percentage of dissatisfied people exceeds the 10% limit during both the cooling and heating mode, based on the combination of assumed personal factors, operative temperature, air speed, and humidity noted in the form and supporting documentation. Provide additional documentation that confirms that the combination of assumed personal factors, operative temperature, air speed, and humidity are predicted to limit the percentage of dissatisfied occupants to 10% or less."
