We are designing a retail space that is evaluating this credit. The retail space is in a mall which has designated parking area for store employees only.
How do we calculate the parking spaces for customers? (Parking for customers is free)
Addition of both values can be compared to the baseline i.e. Institute of Transportation Engineers’ Transportation Planning Handbook.
