Hi Green Gurus,
We have a lot going on this week, and I know it’s hard to keep track of everything, so I’m providing this quick update.
Conveniently, we have also just launched the new Peer Networks Hub on BuildingGreen.com, with a Calendar page where you can see all upcoming events (and a link to recordings of past events). You might want to bookmark this page!
The Hub also features a handy Members list, so you can easily see who’s in your network, and who’s in all the others too.
In terms of events—in case you missed RoseAnn’s announcement last week we have an amazing opportunity for you happening today and tomorrow. Julie Huffaker, the extraordinary facilitation trainer who led a full-day workshop before the SDL Winter Summit in January, is offering training sessions in facilitating online meetings. These are FREE, and they’re only for members of the networks (sorry, but these are within our cone of safe space--you can’t send someone else from your firm).
Today’s session might be full by the time you read this, but there are still some slots in tomorrow’s. And one or both of them will be recorded, so if you can’t get to one you can still watch later to pick up the handy tips.
We also have a really fun webinar happening on Thursday, that happens to be a collaboration between three guys who are in three different networks: Sustainable Design Leaders, Sustainable Construction Leaders, and Sustainable MEP Leaders.
And there is our regular Physical-Distancing-but-Socially-Connecting networking meetup on Thursday as well. As you might have seen from the notes that we’re sharing these are becoming a great forum for sharing what’s really going for us—the good, bad, and challenging.
We’re doing our best to support you all through this crazy time—don’t hesitate to let us know how we’re doing, and what we might be able to do better.
Take care and keep in touch!
