New calculator- cutsheets provided ?

You are no longer required to provide manufacturer's documentation/cutsheets for MRc4 or MRc5 in v2009. You do still have to provide invoices for MRc7 if you are pursuing that one though.

In general, I agree with Dustin that the documentation is no longer required; however, I'd encourage you to provide precisely what the Credit Template Form in LEED online is telling you to provide.  The reviewers tend to follow what the templates request and generate comments from those Templates.  USGBC/GBCI has used a version update to the credit templates from time to time to make procedural and admin changes to the requirements of the rating system as opposed to full version updates or other more official or structural changes to the requirements for compliance.  The version of your templates depends on when the project was registered.  Also note, you have the ability to use the most updated version of the credit templates available, and you can download those from the USGBC website in the credit library.  Hope this helps!

In this case, I believe the template/calculator and requirement align -  most recent versions of the template/calculator do not ask for the backup documentation. I've successfully submitted multiple (v2009, to be absolutely clear!) projects recently with no backup documentation on the MR credits. 

I would still recommend uploading the backup docs in the final review for any materials you've newly added, or materials that were questioned for any reason in the prelim review. 

To follow up, reviewers should be ruling on the most up to date requirements (for v2009) regardless of what version of the form is submitted. Generally, the version of the form can only help you (in a case where maybe a requirement was left off, the reviewer shouldn't be asking for it - happened a lot in early v4 forms), but is not supposed to hurt you (as in this case, where newer forms do not require the manufacturer's documentation).

Agree with Emily, if you do get questioned on materials/products in the prelim or add any new products in the final, definitely be prepared to provided manufacturer's documentation to support you values - though technically, reviewers shouldn't be questioning without just cause. My standard practice is to always provide manufacturer's documentation for the big ticket items (always steel) no matter what - that way even if there are issues with lower cost items you should get a comment with an educational note and a recalculation instead of the credit being pended.
