We have a LEED Campus project where all the indv buildings on the campus are BD+C:Core&Shell. However, the master site in LEED Online is appears to be in the format of New Construction.
The issue is that NC and CS have different poitn allocations for some credits. For example, we'd lilke to document High Priority Site at the master site level. However, under NC, the pirpority designation pathways only awards 1pt for that credit - so that is what is shown in LEED Online under the master site. But under CS, priority designation pathway awards 2pts for the credit.
If we document the High Priority Site under the master site, will the individual CS buildings still be awarded their 2pts?
