Question regarding a project that is registered as NC. The project is a approximately 70% residential (NC) and 30% core & shell office. When calculating the energy credit - is there a way we can prorate points from the CS portion of the building? I assume the answer is no, but I am interested if anyone has any clarification on this. Thanks in advance!

For elements that are part of the scope of work of the tenant, the tenant should sign a tenant lease agreement in which minium standards are specified. You can consider those minimum standards in the proposed model.

Correct the answer is no. It is an NC project and has to use that point scale.
