It appears we can achieve some points by specifying low flow & flush fixtures with waterless urinals in each of two unisex restrooms for this two story addition of Lab facilities for College of Pharmacy. Pg. 303 of the v4 Ref. Guide suggests reducing water use of Lab equipment - which this addition has in abundance. Oddly, this only applies to Schools, Retail, Hospitality & Healthcare. If we convince the Client to use water efficient lab equipment anyway, could this further reduction contribute to Indoor Water Use or an ID credit?

Joyce - any lab equipment water use reductions on any project type would apply to an ID credit not an indoor water use credit. However, if you metered the water use for the lab equipment and 1 other sub use you could apply for the water submetering credit.
