If you use a universal access nature trail as part of your Places of Respite, does the trail have to provide shaded seating? Is shading seating supposed to be included in the "places to pause"?

Your message must have gotten lost in egg nog and too many cookies. My apologies for the lengthy reply time. I think they would require a bench or two along the way on a trail. You could argue the shaded piece depending on layout and access times. I think the GBCI would be reasonable about the nature of a trail versus a garden space.
