Natural Ventilation vs. Exhaust Rates

We are working on an office project that is natural ventilated in whole. All occupied spaces fullfill the requirements for natural ventilation of ASHRAE 62.1. We have two categorys of rooms, copy rooms and restrooms, that show compliance with the requirements of natural ventilation of ASHRAE 62.1 but also have requirements for exhaust air. If these rooms show compliance with the natural Ventilation requirements, do they have requirements for exhaust air? In other words: If I have copy rooms, is it possible to show compliance without a mechanical exhaust air unit? Thanks in advance!

ASHRAE 62.1.2007 language itself is vague about exhaust requirements for spaces with natural ventilation. Refer to ASHRAE 62.1.2007 addendum O where this is clarified. Also refer to LEED Interpretation #10248 (http://www.usgbc.org/leed-interpretations?keys=10248)
