Greetings,
The project that we are modeling has zones with natural ventilation LEED v2009).
As there is no such ventilation systems in the Baseline model (System 5), our idea is to proceed as follows:
- Proposed model – natural ventilation airflow is entered as infiltration
-
Baseline model – two options:
- The air flow also to be entered as infiltration
- The airflow determined as infiltration in the Proposed to be entered as ventilation air in the Baseline
Any support on the issue is highly appreciated.
Thanks

How is the infiltration level determined?

The infiltration is determined based on the number of people, heating mode, Ez = 0.8, 30% increased ventilation.
The values are in L/s.

The infiltration (i.e. natural ventilation) should be modeled identically in both.
