Dear Concern:- Our project does not have any A/c spaces and Equipments So we dont use any Refrigerants so can we claim this credit Is there any CIR available for this situation Dut to the non usage of Refrigerants we are meet the Credit Intent

Samy, just check the credit language - Requirements - Option 1 - Do not use refrigerants. That's your case, isn't it? regards, Anna
