Dear Concern:- The proposed project consist of 200000 sq.ft area in a single space It is totally metal building the roof top have natural ventilators and the exterior wall have louvers in all side So we wish to claim this credit in natural ventilation so please guide how to claim this credit with above techniques Additionally can we claim this credit in mechanical ventilation by replace the natural roof top ventilator with mechanical roof top ventilator

If you are going to use natural ventilation for LEEDv3, you will need to prove that the free area of the openings is at least 4% of the floor area, and within 25 ft of all occupiable space. For mechanical ventilation, perform the ventilation calculations and apply the appropriate effectiveness factor.
